I have worked in the music industry for over 25 years. After many years of experience as a label manager for RCA/BMG, and Marketing Manager for Barclay / Polygram, I moved to London Records in England, where I was lucky enough to see one of my artists - Mojo reach the number one spot in the UK single charts.  After 10 years working for Universal, more recently as Director of International Developement and then Director of Catalogue and Operations for all Universal labels, I was appointed Director du Bureau Export aka French Music Export in London, where under the auspices of the French Foreign Office, I ran the office for 5 years. In this role I was able to grow and exploit my network of contacts to help promote and spotlight French music in the British Isles.

I have now set up my own consultancy firm, Alexine Business Solutions Ltd (ABS) an Anglo-French company named after my dog (of course).  A resource for music industry professionals with management & consulting for artists, labels, festivals and publishers.  For the last 10 years I have also been setting up and coordinating writing session camps with artists and musicians in the UK, France, Spain, and Japan.
